Shipping And Returns

At this time, we ship only in the US and Canada. All our products are shipped from Armenia. Processing time depends on our inventory. If the items you order are available in our LA warehouse, we will ship your order within 3 days. If we don’t have your order in our inventory, it will take up to 25 days to ship. Take into account this time frame while you are considering when to order your gift or personal purchase. The shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with Oolik products. You have 7 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return a product if it has issues. We will consider returns on individual basis. Oolik does not provide return labels. Returns are at the expense of the customer.
