Situated in North Hollywood, at 4146 Lankershim Boulevard, TUMO LA will offer design and technology education to local teenagers through after-school and weekend programs, which are entirely tuition-free.

Founded by engineer and entrepreneur Sam Simonian, TUMO’s mission is to enable teenagers aged 12-18 to realize their potential by exploring their passions and enhancing their skills to shape their future.
The program offers complimentary education and training in 14 diverse subjects, ranging from music, filmmaking, and animation to programming, robotics, and 3D modeling. Skills encompass game development, animation, filmmaking, graphic design, digital music production, robotics, 3D modeling, and programming. It is anticipated that the center will open by the end of 2024.
